An MStevens dancebelt under Lycra shorts is perfect to wear to the gym. But if you are wearing a unitard or leotard, the MStevens dancebelt will roll. When I wear a unitard to ballet class, I notice this problem myself. <p>Rolling is a pretty common effect and is made worse if you have any excess belly or wear a dancebelt that's too tight. I would look for a thicker, stiffer waistband to minimize the problem. Have you tried the Capezio model 26 cotton/lycra? Since it just has pouch in front and no waistband there, it should be impossible to roll.
