[i]This is the second time you've written the forum about getting more elevation into your jumps. I have to ask you what kind of body type you have. Shorter dancers with short legs (and muscles) are better allegro dancers, and are better jumpers. Dancers with long legs and muscles are better adagio dancers. We have to strive to be good at both, but a great adagio dancer has a line and beauty that an allegro dancer will never have. <p>It's great that you have such good feet. Consider yourself blessed! I think the best exercise for ballon is good old fashioned changement de pied. Use those wonderful feet, Kyle, and use your demi, and just keep striving for a little more height each time you do the small jump. <p>Keep dancing Kyle.
