[i]Love the story. I saw a guy do the same thing in a class a few weeks ago. I was a bit taken back by his nonchalance. I mean, he just hiked up his tights, dug his hands in an viola, it was all over. He never looked like he gave it a second thought. The entire time he was talking to another guy at the barre. None of the women in class acted as if they noticed or even cared. I think the only reason I noticed was because I'm still fairly new to ballet, so the whole thing kind of caught me off guard.I have not had the need or chance to, well, rearrange during class, but I have had to pull up the old tights a lot. Like you, I like them to show off the hard work I'm putting in (and things are shaping up rather nicely, thank you). No one seems to pay any attention to that, and I find myself doing it without thinking. Now, ask me about the recently acquired, shocking blonde hair and the reaction I got to that today. That's a different story all together. My teacher kept looking at me like I was from outer space. It was very funny. [/i]
