For shows I go completely hairless, using some hair removal cream. Shaving only causes ingrown hairs and grows back thicker for me. FOr class I do a variety of things. I trim my arm pit hair, and pubic hair down very short. I also trim my legs hairand buttock (more so the crack because of the thong strap of my dancebelts). If I shave and wear tights I get alot of irritation from the sweat and the tight fabric on my legs and buttocks. Some guys go natural and feel masculine for stage. I agree with Mancer that it looks dirty. Its also very distracting when you are just looking for body moving not a body of hair moving.
