[i]>Yes i do agree with Bob. Pointe Shoes does help to get flexibility on your toes, for 5 years now i do point work, gosh i thought that it was going to be easy.. worng i guess... But there are some exercises that helps u insted of points ask your teacher!<p>Pointe work is fabulous to me. But I had three years of ballet trainig whne I started pointe and even then only for ten or so minutes at the end of the regular class.<p>Pointe itself wasn't too hard for me, but finding and fitting the right pointe shoes is. I would definitely recommend Gaynor Minden.<p>Go ask your teacher or find one who is willing to teach you. Hoever, if theysay you are not ready yet, listen to them.<br>Good luck !<p><br>[/i]
