I already wrote one response to your comments, but neglected the obvious: True, a professional dancer's tights and dancebelts are just work clothes. But to a new male dancer these are new, strange, and to some degree even frightening articles of clothing. My responses are tailored more towards that audience than professional dancers who should not need my advice. I try to put myself in that frame of mind when writing. I also appreciate the additional insights people like yourself have given in making points I hadn't thought of. Answers to this message:
