Says a lot about your dancing. I can't speak for the rest of the summer programs you've been accepted in, but allow me to say my say about Houston Ballet. There is no way that they will choose you simply because you're a guy and need you for partnering. I'm friends with the principal male teacher, and he looks for certain qualities in all of the dancers, as well as potential to improve and excel. I've become friends with quite a few of the guys who come to the summer program here, and not only have they enjoyed it, but many have stayed on a full-time basis, and ended up apprenticing in the company.
