There are stores that sell things like elastics & shiny satinribbons, & they're sure to have them in black. They'll probablywant to sell you half a mile of the stuff, but it's so cheap,that's no problem. I got extra black elastics for my (regular)ballet shoes at such a place. If you're shy about going to a storelike that, get your mother/wife/girlfriend to go for you--or, better yet, with you.
