I really like my class but two things, my tee shirt is hot to wear and I have to keep pulling it down. I tried shorts but they are too binding and hot. I would like to stay cover up. I bought a 12" wrap skirt and it covers up fine been wearing it around the house to get use to it and it didn't take long. Would girls feel defended of myself wearing a skirt into class. Most of the girls wear a skirt and they seems to be comfortable with the skirt. It's m ore free to wear dance around inside the house. Is this a bad idea for a male ballet dancer? You have a rather different idea on how to stay covered up.Ballet has a rather strict dress code enforced for many years.I would suggest that you could cut the neck and sleeves areas out.You could stay cool and be covered up.Keep Dancing!John Answers to this message:
