You know I respect you opinions!  But put youself in the shoes of Mary!  The boys are taking ballet classes, and need some sort of underwear.  What would Mary know about dancebelts?  How many males have you run across that you've had to instuct about dancebelts?

So what would a woman know?  When wearing tights, the underwear for women is panties.  Panties are thin and not bulky, so they don't show through. So what, as Mom Mary, would you do?

There's almost never a man around dance classes who a mom can ask what her boy should be wearing.  I would bet 90%+ of these moms don't even understand the need for an athletic supporter!  Coach says get one, so they get one.  So how many dance teachers tell mom to get their son a dancebelt?

I think it's that simple!  Mary just didn't have the opportunity to think about the panties because no one was there to tell her!  We discourage mothers from posting on this site for serious male dancers, but we probably should be posting for them to tell them what a little male goes through when dancing!
