I still recon you have a really good chance with gaining you flexibility. Im 16 as well and ive been streching seriously for about 6 months. Ive got my right slpits down pact and my left and centre are so close but no cookie (so to speak). Its a series of warming up and streching for at leat 30 mins each day. Flexibility is a fickly thing! you can have it one day and not the next. You just got to keep at it, and keep going because the day you stop you musicles will heal over and you'll have to undoo all that work again!I personally like a Hamstring strech.Lay on the floor with your back against it, feet parallel and and up (as if you were about to sit ups) and beging to extend you right leg, lifting it to 90 degrees and then pilling it towards you, hold for 30. Once you have held the strech try and extend you underneith (bent) leg to intensify the strech. try and keep both legs paralled and not tuning out. The bent leg is usually the probaly it wants to turn out. Also you need to work on your thigh streches and i suggest by simply holding you foot with you heel to your bum. Good Luck with it.I wasnt exactly blessed with great flexibility, so i have to work on it but its getting there.
