If you shy away from it, that only reinforces the common erroneous notion that tights are only for women or effeminate men. I know it's not easy, it requires a high level of confidence on your own masculinity. It was not until I reached my 30's and became successful in my career that I felt totally comfortable talking and educating others on wearing tights. Keep wearing tights in public.
