I wish to thank for all advices.

As I already wrote in another post, the show took place and it was wonderful.

As for the makeup, my ballet teacher gave me a two-hour lesson in theatrical (ballet) makeup and I practiced a bit myself.

At the end a professional makeup volunteer came in and did our faces, including mine. It was nice and professionally done, but I did not like the way I looked.

However, the longer I wore the makeup on my face, the easier I was with itand less worried about the perfection. Our teacher and choreographer said it was OK and I stopped worrying.

I guess this is the lesson I learned: learn and experiment as much a s you can, but at the end, do not worry too much if it is not perfect or to your taste. Perfection comes with performance, practice and repetition. Emotions can cover many imperfections.Dance and enjoy.
