There are classes for adult beginners in most large cities.Just check the Yellow Pages.  (See the FAQ on my Web site for more information on choosing a teacher.)  You will almost certainly NOTbe required to do splits. Moreover, you will wear a dance belt,in which everything is oriented pointing up, so an erection, if itshould occur, is not likely to be conspicuous. In any case, myguess is that you'll be working so damned hard you won't have timeor energy to get aroused.

An old man? I'm 72 & still taking class, & I've got a classmatewho's 4 years older than I am. We old turtles still manage to getaround.
