There are a number of dancewear websites you can go to.  Try www.nydancewear.com.  These people are nice, and will ship you stuff in plain wrappers if your UPS guy is a right-wing bible thumper.

I also love www.adadance.com, becuase they have reasonable prices and sell my favorite dancebelt, the Capezio "comfort" dancebelt, which has a wider buttstrap.

If you want something special, made to your specifications, try www.renaissancedancewear.com.  They will make whatever you could desire.
