All it does is just refine those muscles you thought you never had. It helps to build strength-- especially in ur lower torso. I would suggest taking an additional aerobics or hip-hop class. Weight loss is mostly associated with cardio, which ballet rarely stimulates ( not to talk trash or anything... jus being truthful). Answers to this message:
