Depending on where you live - big city or small town - many ballet schools are offering ballet classes for boys/men. What they do is put some athletic exercises along with the ballet curiculum.  Find out what schools in your area offer classes espically for boys by phoning the schools first. Take him along telling him it's an athletic speciality course (football players in the U.S. now take them!). Tell him it will make him look far more handsome to do different exercises. In the U.K. (England) the movie Billy Elliot was a big hit and more boys enrolled in ballet classes when the saw the athletic potential. Hope that helps!
