It may be hard for some men to get used to support that is that tight, but may be good for them if they did. If you can'f find kd dids supporter, capesio(sp?) works great also. The waistband sometimes shows a little bit if speedo slips, but no big deal. The one I wear is cotton lycra, but I should get a nylon lycra one.
