Just shave the hair in the direction that it grows. Shaving agisnt the hair will cause more problems that its worth. Use a dry razor on dry skin. No shaving cream or soap(it blocks the view). If you are hairy, then trim the pubic hair first. The shave slowly and take your time about it. Don't shave while erect(easy to nick and bleed this way). Shave while flacid.
