Adult male here and I just started up my begineer ballet classes again and am discouraged with my lack of flex and movement...My barre work is pretty good  posture moves etc, but when we go to center I cant seem to grasp the combo moves, pirrotte, piques etc. It does'nt seem to register with my brain and I feel clumsy and lunky... any tips/encouragement from adult men here going thru same?
