Beginning adult

Hi, If you can believe it...I am 36 and the better of the students' in my class. I just wanted to say that it makes no difference in age to enjoy and excell in ballet. I work at my own portable barre in the class at the college. I study, I read, and I practice.

I hope you will welcome me, this old lady that looks more like she's in her 20's than 30's. Ballet has kept me YOUNG.

Question: Do any of you do Pliates (typically used in PT..pysical therapy)?
