UK male starting ballet/needs help and advice

I am desperately trying to find an instructor for private lessons or in a small class to join in the Essex/London area.Can anyone help me?

Also, any advice on the type of tights etc I would need would be good. I do have some running tights - are these ok?

Would appreciate any help or advice.
