geschrieben von michael                    am 26.05. um 13:26:23 - als Antwort auf: No tights at all! von Trunks atI attend an adult ballet class for begineers and from the outset have worn a pair of black ballet tights(with feet)with a plain white tee shirt.I could have worn shorts I suppose but didn't.The ballet teacher recommended that I wear tights for the same reason tights have been worn to class for decades...namely TO KEEP THE MUSCLES WARM...For me wearing tights is a statement to the ballet teacher that I respect her advice and that I respect the dress etiquette of ballet class.All of the females in the class wear leotards or short ballet dresses ,with white ballet tights.They don't seem to have a problem with the dress code of ballet class and respect me for being comfortable enough with my own masculinity to wear tights and not to feel embarrassed about it.If you're a male going to attend ballet classes get yourself a pair of tights!
