Is it true that dancing barefoot in slippers can lead to the skin condition eczema? I've heard that wearing training shoes without socks is not advisable because of this. But ballet sock or footed tights are nylon  and non absorbent and would therefore caues the same problem wouldnt they? Please help as I prefer to go barefoot with footless tights.
