I do enjoy both...Though I tend to dance more modern and freestyle nowadays and only attending classical ballet  every now and then ..Since I read in an earlier post that you won't dissmiss other variations of dance, I hope you'll include figure skating too, because these genres are some most wonderful ways of expressing music either on the floor or on the ice, I landed a triple lutz today and I am quite satisfied with myself now, my coach says I am improving and that my edges are getting smoother and deeper..after I got amazed in a professional way of a young and talented russian skater (he became the european champion of this year) Evgeny Plushenko, he performs a spin which is hard enough for the ladies to do: the Bielman spin, (if you go here: http://www.figure-skating.com ) that is what the logo represents...you'll get my point..What drew me to dance in the first place was my devoted love for music, I started skating when I was 3 and a half and dancing when I was 10, sadly I see now that I must choose between two goods, since skating is the part I have the least problem with I believe that I'll choose that one when I from now on will concentrate on only one of these great ways of life, i have no doubt whatsoever that I'll one dayreturn to the floor and by that meaning not just when I either by myself or with the help of a professional create and practise the choreography for my programs..But I do really encourage you to put on a pair of blades and explore the wonderful world of frozen water...You'll notice your advantage from dance at once, because if you compare yourself to other newbeginners you'll have more balance and more confident, it's a smooth and relaxed and not to forget fun way of expressing dance on ice..

PS: I posted along a great image in the image url post, it's apicture of a great skater, Alexandr "Sasha" Abt of Russia
