WHAT IS THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

Is it menat to be worn tight? I have a waist of 30. Should I buy small or medium?

Sometimes it hurts because there is a tendency to pull the dance belt too high. What is the correct procedure? I do not like the strip of material at the back which really "cuts" into my backside. (if I want to pull up my dance belt)
