It's good preparation for you! This advice is so sensible, I have nothing to add. Sure, I've runinto cliques. Forget them. (Maybe it's better to be excluded. Makes it easier to keep your mind on ballet.) :-) Strange story: A month or so ago, our teacher was laid up with ahernia repair. So as one who's gotten a couple of get-well cardsmyself, I figured it was payback time & picked up a card, which Iput on the piano, telling people to sign it if they wanted. A couple of weeks later, a woman in the class came and *apologized*to me for signing the card without my permission!!!! I told her,this is not a cliquy class, & if it were, I wouldn't be in any ofthe cliques, & that she was perfectly right to sign the card. Butwhat a strange reaction....
