Have you seen that story about the Russian ballerina who, at 109 pounds, was kicked out of the Bolshoi because the male dancers though she was too heavy to partner? The men complained her excessive weight caused them injuries? 109 pounds! I would have enjoyed a ballerina at 109 pounds when I was in partnering classes! I remember Lisa who was probably 130-140, but all muscle. I was scared when we had to do a "fish," but she had such great control of all that muscle that partnering her was effortless.
