written by NeedingAdvice at on 15.08. at 09:26:26 Hi, I have been taking ballet for my whole life (since I was 8) but I have never been very flexible. Last year, I took a year off (I do not recommend this to ANYONE) and now I am even less flexible! Do any of you have any exercises that may help? I mean intensive exercises. Our ballet school does run a stretching program but it is very subtle for advanced students so could anyone help? I especially need lower back and inner-thigh exercises. I heard that guys aren't as flexible as girls but I don't believe it and I can't do the splits! Help! Answers to this message:
