It is perfectly reasonable for a guy to start dancing at 18 and become a professional dancer. But from the description of your studio, I doubt it can happen there. Maybe if you say a little bit about where you live and what ballet schools you might enroll in and where you're studying now, maybe then we would have a better chance of providing guidance.
