I've had about enough of all you ignorant idiots out there who seem out to tarnish the male dancer. We have a hard enough time gaining acceptance in an art form dominated by women as it is. And believe it or not, there are those of us who love the Dance for the wonderful art form it is. So to all you ignorant jerks out there ... if you haven't tried it, don't knock it!!!! I so agree with you. Even as a girl, I am made fun of. when they say 'oh,ballet- do you wear a pink tutu and twirl around?' say- " no- I don't. I go to class everyday, and work my butt off to get my arabesque 180 degrees. You probably don't even know how high that is, do you?" Answers to this message:
