written by Kyle at on 29.07. at 18:16:59 me and the other guys at our studio have done alot of experimenting w/ this, the results are as follows:1. wiping w/ white shoe polish works in a jam just DONT use it on the bottom, you will be sliding all over the place. another bad point is that it smells bad after a while2. hand wash them then let soak in a bleach solution (1 part bleach: 5 parts H2O) for a few hrs. this works great for the dirt stains but doesn't remove the actual dirt plus it greatly shortens the life of you shoes3. spray paint believe it or not works quite well, once again dont spray the bottom or it will be like trying to turn in molassas.4. my personal favorite method for keeping my unfavored white shoes clean is FIT. you find this stuff in your produce section of the grocery store, its used to remove dirt, pesticides, ect from produce. just mix up a bit of it and let your shoes soak for not more than an hour. about every 15 min or so aggitate the shoes to get more dirt out. this is more of a preventative this wont do alot to remove present dirt stains but it will prevent them from getting as dirty.5. i have heard of people using that powder carpet shampoo stuff and getting good results but i havn't tried this personally6. go get a "helpful hints from helosie" type book w/ a section on stain removing alot of this stuff will be in thereall of this is assuming you meant that you shoes are canvas if they are white leather then only the shoe polish and spraypaint ideas will work for youhope this helps you guys~K~ Answers to this message:
