Breakfast is about 200 calories.

Wheat bread or bagel with butter or apple butter1/2 cup of milk.water

Brunch 70 calories

SMall apple, half an orange, 1 cup of bananaswater-------------------------------

Lunch  about 300 calorieswater1/4 head of lettuce4oz chicken or tuna1/4 cup cheezeoil and vinegar dressing

dinner about 70 calories

cup of yogurt, 1/2 cantalope or something similarwater-----------------------

supper  about 300 calories

Meat Fish, chicken, turkey or other white meat.  4 ozsvegetables corn, beans, cabbage, asparagus, whateverwater------------------

night snack 70 calories (if not after 7:pm)

1 pretzel, or 1 cup pop corn, or 1/2 cantalope/honeydew or something.

About 940 calories to 1200 calories a day depending on how active I am.water
